Our second day off started slow. Due to a long night previously, we both woke up at 12 pm. After a late breakfast, Gunnar and i had very tense and close games of fifa. At around 2 pm, we hiked down to Ihno’s home to spend the rest of the day. Alongside the two of us, Phillip, Mattis, and Justus were already there. We sat around having cups of tea and cola. As time passed, Ihno began to reveal a bucket of water balloons. What followed was a preparation phase of tension, distrust, and water. As we began to fill water balloons, we kept a sharp eye out for the others.
When everyone was ready, war was declared. As the fighting raged on, the only casualty that was taken was me taking a balloon in the eye. The discovery of a water dish changed the game entirely. Gunnar had emptied the dish into Mattis as he was filling up a balloon. Gunnar, filling the dish back up, spooked Phillip. This caused him to try and vault a fence to escape. Phillip’s leg got caught in the top of the fence. Phillip had fallen with everybody watched.
The next big event was back home, when Gunnar and I decided on a movie to watch. “Evan Almighty”, starring Jerry Springer, was played.
At the end of the exciting day, I hope to have more days like this in the future weeks.
